Parent Involvement Hours/Volunteer

PARENT INVOLVEMENT

VISITOR:  Type your name on the computer in the school lobby and your reason for visiting.  The computer will issue a VISITOR name tag.  Proceed to your destination.  NO HOURS are recorded for VISITOR.

VOLUNTEER:  At the volunteer computer, scroll down the list of names and click your name.  Select your volunteer destination.  The computer will issue a VOLUNTEER name tag.  When your volunteer duty is completed, you MUST sign out on the computer, or your hours will not be recorded.

DONATIONS:  Complete a BLUE form found in the school lobby.  Please print name, child’s name and homeroom, and date of donation.  Staple your receipt to the BLUE form.  Turn in the form to the school receptionist.

OFF-CAMPUS HOURS:  Many times, the chair person of an activity will have a VOLUNTEER SIGN-IN sheet.  Please print your name, child’s name and homeroom, and time volunteered.  The chair person will turn in the sheet for recording of hours.  If you volunteer at home, please complete a BLUE form.  Please print your name, child’s name and homeroom, and time worked at home.  Turn in the form to the school receptionist.

 PARENT INVOLVEMENT HOURS: Each family is responsible for completing twenty-four (24) hours. The hours may be completed through many activities on, and off, our school campus. A list of activities and chair people will soon be available. Please note: Any family not completing the required number of hours, will be billed at the end of the school year, at $25.00 per hour.
