Man goes through the admissions process

If you are looking for the right school for your child, the admissions process is a good opportunity to get to know your options. You can tour the school, meet the educators, and learn about the experience your child will have there. At St. Cecelia Interparochial Catholic School, we are proud of the opportunities we give to our students, and we take our admissions process very seriously. In today’s blog post, we will discuss the admissions process at St.Cecelia and share some helpful advice.

Application Process

The first step of the admissions process at St. Cecelia School is sending in an application for your student. You can submit the application documents through our online portal. As you are applying, call the Admissions Office to schedule a tour if you would like to see the school and meet some of the educators.

You will also need to complete a request for records form that will allow St. Cecelia to communicate with previous schools to discuss report cards and test scores. For some applications, there will be an application or registration fee. If you have questions about the application process, you can contact our staff any time for help.

Interview Process

During your application process, you can schedule an interview for your child at St. Cecelia. Our Admissions Director will work with you to schedule a convenient time to come in with your child. During this interview, St. Cecelia staff will have the opportunity to get to know you and your child. During this phase of the admissions process, your student will take admissions tests to complete the application.

Tuition, Scholarship and Financial Aid

After the application and interview process, it is time to look at tuition for your student and what financial aid options you have. This facet of the process ultimately depends on the age of your student and the program to which they will be admitted. Tuition and fees can also be adjusted if your student is parish supported.

During this time, you will decide what payment plan will be used for your student’s tuition, as well as any scholarships and financial aid that might be available.
