Before starting your application, gather all necessary paperwork. Here’s what we require, plus extra documents that can be helpful to have on hand:

  • Up-to-date immunization records

If your child is transferring from another school or entering grades one through eight, please include the following:

  • Recent report cards
  • Standardized test scores
  • Transcripts
  • Special education documentation (if applicable)
  • Any other school records available

Having these documents ready in advance helps prevent delays and allows our admissions team to get a comprehensive view of your child’s academic background and unique needs.

Step 3: Complete the Online Application Process

For your convenience, our application process is fully online. Start by accessing the application portal through the St. Cecelia website. You’ll be guided through each section, where you’ll upload your documents, provide family and student information, and answer questions about your child.

Both pre-K and first through eighth-grade applications require a non-refundable $100 application fee. If your child is transferring from another school, be sure to complete the records request form so we can obtain their records.

The online system is designed to be user-friendly. Our staff is available to assist with any technical questions or concerns you may have throughout the process. After you submit your application, give us a call to schedule your admissions interview.

Step 4: Application Review and Acceptance

As part of our commitment to ensuring the best fit for every student, all applicants participate in an assessment. For students in grades two through eight, we also schedule a shadow day before acceptance. This allows prospective students to experience a typical day at St. Cecelia, interact with peers, and meet faculty.

We carefully review each applicant’s report cards, standardized test scores, assessment performance, and feedback from teachers during the shadow day. This holistic approach allows us to make thoughtful decisions and offer admission to students who will thrive in our school community.

Step 5: Catholic School Enrollment Confirmation

Upon acceptance, you’ll receive an official welcome packet outlining the final steps for enrollment. This includes submitting any additional documents needed, such as health forms or parish verification.

You’ll also pay the registration fee and select a tuition payment plan that fits your family’s needs. We’ll guide you through options for monthly, quarterly, or annual payments. Once these steps are complete, your child’s spot is officially reserved for the upcoming school year.

We’ll also provide information about orientation, uniforms, and ways to get involved in the St. Cecelia community.
